Licence check

Dispatch checks your licence every 3 months. It takes 2 minutes.

1. A photo of each side of your licence
2. A DVLA check code
Get one at gov.uk/view-driving-licence → "Share your licence information". It lasts 21 days.
GOV.UK asks for your licence number, National Insurance number and postcode. Gripvan staff: your NI number is on your CharlieHR profile. (We don't need it – it's only for getting the code.)
3. The last 8 characters of your licence number
Section 5 on the front of your licence.
Navigate with

Use a truck sat-nav, so you're kept off roads too low, narrow or weight-limited for the van. This phone remembers your choice.
Choose a van

You can drive your allocated van. Any other van needs Dispatch to approve a swap.
